It's all clear to me now

This will be the look for the season. Still thinking about a pillion pad or not, though. But in general it feels neat and fun to put the old chop tins to use. And they look better in this format I think. Need about a days work to be on the road approximately - meaning probably two then.

Carb issue is still there but I found a Linkert 4 bolt adapter laying around since way back when, so the DC will be mountable. And it's a cool piece that would fit in nicely. Might get this together to go ridning to Tidaholm and the Jokers...

I just don't know what to say more... than just Dan Auerbach... Listen... I just turned real old so I shouldn't be impressed by rock musicians anymore. But Dan will impress me till the day I die...

...got it right. Painting is really fun but dang difficult. Once you start trying yourself you realize the craftsmanship of good paint dudes and gals. I screwed up bigtime last night when I impatiently trid to mask of with electrical tape... But it's a good story to laff about and I can try again. Anyway the tank "design" came out crappy so it's just as good.

When I think of Blaster and Krantz doing the Juxtapod it's almost unreal the skill of these guys. But it's easy to sense the fascination in painting and the desire to get better at it!

My brother freudo

Caught in swedish bike magazine MCM goofing around on the knuck. It was a great ride and swell time up at Pauls last summer and we hope to get to do it again this year. Since Fred is a familyman with kids and family and friends and he's prohibited by family-law to ride without helmet and have less than two hands on the bars. Notice that this law does not deliberate on feet...

Fork put together and on newly painted frame. Queries about bars are imminent. What to do, what to do? 3/8 distance to be made for front motormount - knuckle aint a straight fit into a bentleg I found out...

Another small issue is getting stuff chromed... this time of year... but we'll see? Brake or brakeless front wheel? Questions questions... Got a neat 21" with a laced in neat small double cam Honda 450 drum. Think it would fill the slot nicely, but that will means axle worries I guess. Consequences, consequences.

A friend and former colleauge came visiting the garage today to sandblast (is that the english word for it?) som Cuda parts. His Cuda is a number of years in the making and is going to be something totally awesome when it comes out. It's going to be a 100 pointer or more. I'll try to get some pics of where he's now.

Today has been a good day - and that's important to take to heart. And to be grateful! I am.
