...its Schnitzel monday! A sure bet to make the best of this first day of the week. It's a bit a work, but you get to spank som pork. Yes, I know it should be veal. But that's only on weekends! And I think pork is way better and cheaper to. Roast potatoes, green peas and my special anschovies, capers, dijon, lemon, sour creme sauce to finish this of! It's what you call Dinner!
