Racetime!

Another flathead variant. KR Daytona racer (I think they were called). A real big tank for a long hard and fast stint around the track. I would love to get to see one of these race one day. Or i guess I'll a bunch if I get to a race. Imagin starting out seeing a Hummer race (yes I've seen pictures from such an happening) Then the small Aermacchis, then the WR's... Then KR's and XR's and finally top it of with the cool but not so successful VR1000... Raceday! A complete one at that!

It has to be something in the culture and mindset that gets them so creative and exiting with bikes and Harleys especially. In my dreams I'll build something like this someday. ...its Schnitzel monday! A sure bet to make the best of this first day of the week. It's a bit a work, but you get to spank som pork. Yes, I know it should be veal. But that's only on weekends! And I think pork is way better and cheaper to. Roast potatoes, green peas and my special anschovies, capers, dijon, lemon, sour creme sauce to finish this of! It's what you call Dinner!
